Message from Immediate Past President Ted Kamatchus on critical information technology: Fellow members, for several years NSA and other premier national law enforcement organizations: IACP, NOBLE and PERF have joined together with support from the Bureau of Justice Assistance to create functional standards that agencies can use when purchasing CAD and Record Management Systems.
