REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION FEES

Each paid-in-full registration includes the Exhibit Hall luncheon on Tuesday and admission to all exhibits, general sessions, seminars, and workshops. NSA members receive a discount on registration. Include your membership number on the registration form to be eligible for this discount. If you are not currently an NSA member and would like to qualify for the discount, complete a membership application and submit it with your form along with all required fees. Call NSA at (800) 424-7827, ext. 324, for membership information.

Sheriffs – Bring additional members of your staff!  With your registration at full price (with or without banquet), you can bring staff from your sheriff's office for a reduced registration fee of $50 per person.  Each person must fill out their own form.

Note: Register before May 23, 2008 to take advantage of reduced registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NSA will refund registration fees and tickets for special events for cancellations received in writing on or before June 6, 2008. Cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER June 6. There will be no refunds for banquet tickets or any other meal function after June 13, because the number of meals to be served is guaranteed by that date. Substitutions of registrants are permitted but must be received in writing.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

All hotel accommodations must be arranged through The Housing Connection. See housing request form.

DO NOT SEND YOUR HOTEL FORM TO NSA OR TO THE HOTELS. This will only delay the processing of your hotel reservation. Sheriffs: Check with your state sheriffs' association concerning a room block for your state.

You may register for any of the following optional events. Tickets may also be purchased on-site at the conference.

Annual President's Reception and Inauguration Banquet

The annual reception and banquet, during which the new NSA president is installed, will be held Wednesday evening, July 2. Tickets must be exchanged for a table-assignment by noon, Tuesday, July 1. Banquet tickets are non-refundable. PLEASE INDICATE THE QUANTITY OF TICKETS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE WHEN REGISTERING.

Spouses' Brunch

The Spouses' Brunch will be held Wednesday morning, July 2, at 9 a.m. The event is open to spouses and children. PLEASE NOTE: The Spouses' Brunch is no longer included with registration. Tickets must be purchased separately, and they will be limited to the first 350 who sign up.

Prayer Breakfast

The breakfast will be held 7 a.m. Sunday, June 29. A worship service will follow.

FBI National Academy Dinner

The dinner is open to all graduates of the FBI National Academy and their guests. It will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 30.

National Sheriffs' Institute Graduates Dinner

All NSI graduates and guests are welcome to attend the dinner on Tuesday, July 1, at 6 p.m.
