Coverage provided under the CNA Municipal Insurance Program is available to public entities such as, but not limited to: counties, townships, cities, boroughs, and correctional facilities.
NSA Membership
Employees of agencies insured under the Law Enforcement Liability Coverage are enrolled as NSA members and receive a NSA membership card, a bi-monthly subscription to Sheriff magazine, free Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance and all other benefits enjoyed by NSA members.
Reduced-Fee Training
Tuition for NSA's Jail Officers and Jail Supervisors' Correspondence Training Programs are available to those insured in the CNA Municipal Insurance Program at a reduced cost.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Sheriffs and police chiefs receive an AD&D benefit in the amount of $25,000. All other officers and employees of the department/agency receive a $3,000 benefit amount.
