911 Cell Phone Bank

The 911 Cell Phone Bank, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is an initiative of The RMS Foundation.  It was created to provide a source of emergency cell phones and funds for participating law enforcement and affiliated victim services agencies.  Since its inception, the 911 Cell Phone Bank has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars and tens of thousands of cell phones for victim services organizations nationwide.
