The plan is simple. For every full-page, paid advertisement you run, you'll get a 5% discount on one advertisement in either the NSA Sheriffs' Directory or the NSA Conference Program.
You plan to run only fractional advertisements? No problem! Tally up your fractional ads, and if they total a full page, (example: 1/2 page + 1/4 page + 1/4 page=FP), you're eligible for the same valuable discount.
