Many organizations confuse Outreach with Engagement or use the terms interchangeably.  Learn about the stark differences between the two and most importantly, how to maximize the return of investment with purposeful and meaningful engagement.

PRESENTER: Corey Yunke is the Community Relations Coordinator for the Roseville Police Department, a smaller, yet, busy retail-oriented suburb of both St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Corey’s previous work experience varies from working at a Fortune 100 Company to running a non-profit Community Association in an eccentric and diverse neighborhood. Corey holds a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) Degree from Hamline University and a B.S. in Geography and Planning from Grand Valley State University.  When not working with the community on hot issues or nerding-out on crime data, Corey spends his time at the PD researching and learning ways to improve existing programs through intentional and purposeful community engagement.
