Please Support Our First Responders!

The coronavirus pandemic has forced our first responders to navigate the most complex environment they’ve encountered in generations. They need our help: Our men and women – sheriff deputies, officers, firefighters and EMTs – are in harm’s way and in desperate need of scarce, life-saving personal protection equipment.

Many retailers, nonprofits and everyday citizens have joined our efforts to provide help. But we need your voice to help as well.

Throughout the country, we are gratified and blessed by first responders’ strength and compassion as they work tirelessly during the unprecedented coronavirus pandemic. They are our first and last line defense. They are protecting us during this time of great difficulty

First responders are in desperate need of personal protective equipment – respirators, disposable gowns, eye protection, gloves, disinfectant and other essential items

First responders must be available, and healthy, when called. If we lose our emergency personnel to the disease, we cannot transport people to hospitals and protect our citizens

First responders work diligently, with long hours and tough duty, and they accept and perform this challenge with incredible hope, strength and perseverance

First responders keep our citizen’s safe.  Help us keep them safe, too

Inmates at county jails are at great risk. Once the virus enters the jails, it spreads like wildfire

The National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) is ensuring that first responder’s voices are heard by the private sector and by our partners in local, state and federal governments. First responders are cherished for their valor and are in our prayers daily

Every law-abiding citizen must remain calm and work together to ensure the safety of the community, state and nation.  Law enforcement’s message to criminals who take advantage of this dire situation, with violent crime, scams and gouging, they will not rest until they are brought to justice.

Please accept our thanks – stay safe and God bless

For any help you can provide – thank you!
