The Collaborative Reform Initiative for Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC) program provides critical and tailored technical assistance resources to state, local, territorial, and tribal law enforcement agencies on a wide variety of topics.

Government Affairs

Since its founding in 1940, the National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) has been the one voice of the nation’s sheriffs in Washington, DC.

Inmate Health Care and Recidivism Joint Task Force

In March 2019, NSA and NaCO formed a joint task force to reduce jail inmate recidivism through continuity of health care services.

Mental Health Initiative

Law enforcement officers typically serve as first responders to the mental health crisis due to the lack of mental health services across the United States.

Traffic Safety
