Cadets participate in a two week leadership program that is designed to challenge and educate young men and woman on subjects such as self respect, being a good citizen, volunteering in your community and interviewing techniques for gaining future employment.  Students are required to complete five challenges during the two weeks with the last challenge being a 6 mile mud run.
