Geary Co. Sheriff saves two from Milford lake after boat sinks
GEARY CO., Kan. (WIBW) - The Geary County Sheriff's Department says they pulled two stranded boaters out of the water at Milford Lake Sunday just before 1:00 p.m.
Armando Matute Jr. and his 14-year-old son were driving along in their boat, when they heard a loud pop. They believe they hit something in the water.
