NSA Announces NACo Partnership

NSA is excited to announce a partnership with the National Association of Counties’ (NACo) Familiar Faces Initiative: Improving Outcomes through Coordinated Health and Justice Systems. NACo relaunched Data-Driven Justice as the Familiar Faces Initiative to support communities in sharing data between health and justice systems and coordinating care options for individuals who frequently cycle through jails, homeless shelters, emergency departments and other crisis services.

The Familiar Faces Initiative (FFI) supports counties, cities and local stakeholders through opportunities to engage with peers and experts on the FFI Community Message Board, the Familiar Faces Leadership Network that supports local leaders in championing these efforts, and peer learning opportunities with model data-sharing communities. The FFI Advisory Board will support and guide communities in this work. More information on these exciting resources is available on the new website, FamiliarFaces.NACo.org.
