Three Morris County sheriff's officers start together, retire together

Three Morris County Sheriff's Office superior officers, who reported for first duty on July 18, 1994, retired last week the same way they started — together.

Sheriff’s Office Chief Edward Crooker and Detective Captain Bruce Dunn were honored with a traditional walkout Wednesday at the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy in Parsippany. Detective Lieutenant Philip DiGavero, who could not attend the walkout, was honored with a get-together at the Sheriff's Office on Monday.
