Human Trafficking in Corrections

Description:  Recognizing sex trafficking in a corrections setting. Victim and perpetrator indicators. Suggested systems for training and preventing sex trafficking in/from jails. Understanding how traffickers use jails and prisons to recruit women and girls. Understanding the role of sex trafficking in gangs and how it funds drug and weapons across the nation. Ways to coordinate and work with area law enforcement. NGO resources for referrals after release Blue Campaign.
